Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at B-Town Renovation & Concrete. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
- Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
- Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to achieve the desired finish.
- Assemble tower cranes on site and perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform other tasks as required to support the construction process.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Will train on the job, but prior experience in construction is an asset.
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
This is a green job that contributes to environmental preservation, conservation, and restoration. As a Construction Labourer, you will be working on site, with no option to work remotely. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
