Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team at OSM Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Labourer will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding work
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites. The work environment will be noisy, dusty, and physically demanding.
