Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up Items: Safely transport and deliver items to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Operate Vehicles: Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver items, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues encountered.
  • Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Criminal Record Check: Must undergo a criminal record check to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and safe delivery of items.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift and handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.
