Job Title: Delivery Driver

AAA Liquor Mart is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and Pick Up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand.
  • Operate and Drive: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Customer Service: Provide professional customer service and accept payment or invoices for items delivered.
  • Record Keeping: Keep a record of items received and delivered.
  • Pre-Trip Inspection: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle.
Requirements:
  • Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • Physical Demands: The job requires physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The job requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.

Relocation costs are covered by the employer, and the job requires willingness to relocate. The work setting is in a rural area.
