Job Description

Randstad Victoria is now seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Role

This is a contract position starting on November 18th, with a competitive hourly rate of $35-40 per hour. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8-4pm, with a 35-hour work week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex calendar for senior leadership, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and other activities.
  • Provide administrative support for senior leadership, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Google Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
