Job Title: Director, Global Communications, Network Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Global Communications, Network Management to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our global communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's brand messaging and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global communications strategies to support the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute PR plans, messaging, and content.
  • Support the global spokesperson strategy and messaging needs of the luxury & lifestyle brands.
  • Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including media, partners, internal colleagues, and agencies.
  • Facilitate the planning and coordination of PR & Communications activity across the division.
  • Develop, review, and edit content at a divisional level, including messaging, press releases, story teasers, briefs, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage transversal communications activity at global conferences & events.
  • Develop and share best practices, trend data, and other key insights.
  • Provide crisis communication support as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in communications/media/journalism.
  • +10 years of relevant management experience.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Global media contacts an asset.
  • Problem-solver.
