Job Title: Global Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Director to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our luxury and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global communications strategy that aligns with our luxury and lifestyle brand goals
  • Support the global spokesperson strategy and messaging needs of our luxury and lifestyle brands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communications plans
  • Manage and coordinate global communications activity, including media relations, crisis communications, and internal communications
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and internal colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in global communications, with a focus on luxury and lifestyle brands
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communications strategies
  • Proven track record of success in managing global communications teams and projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
