Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Description
As a Home Health Care Specialist with Bayshore HealthCare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and managing medication
- Monitoring client health and reporting any changes to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- A diploma or equivalent in Home Health Care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
