Job Description

This role will involve designing, developing, and supporting interposer and top metals layout for Synopsys IPs targeting 2.5D/3D multi-chip applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all performance and reliability requirements are met for the product. Additionally, you will be responsible for improving and creating new design flows to guarantee the best quality for interposers and covercells. Your expertise will also be instrumental in supporting customers with their multichip integration process.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • No less than 10 years of experience in analog, mixed-signal, memory, or custom logic circuit design
  • Strong understanding of layout effects on circuit performance
  • Familiarity with signal integrity and power integrity concepts
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills
