Food Service Manager

Join Twin R Foods Ltd. as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive customer service experience.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
