At Vail Resorts, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Scanning Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in facilitating this experience by managing scanning operations and leading a team of scanning professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily scanning operations, collaborating with other departments as needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of scanning team members
- Monitor and document teammate performance, providing feedback and direction to ensure high standards are met
- Respond to guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations
- Oversee facilities, equipment, inventory, payroll, and budgets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a related field
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
