Job Summary

We are seeking a Business System Analyst F/H to work with our senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst, experience in the Liquidity space, and a result-driven and flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Requirements Definition: Work with senior stakeholders to define high-level business requirements and prepare business cases.
  2. Technology Direction: Recommend technology directions to support business goals.
  3. Functional and Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into comprehensive, complete, and accurate functional and technical specifications.
  4. System Solutions: Define and recommend system solutions to meet business goals.
  5. Business Rules and Interface Specifications: Develop and document business rules, interface specifications, and conceptual designs.
  6. Liaison between Business Users and Software Developers: Act as a liaison between business users and software developers.
  7. Design Reviews and Meetings: Lead design reviews and other meetings.
  8. Testing and Quality Assurance: Facilitate tests such as user acceptance testing.
  9. Documentation and Training: Write user manuals, functional specifications, and other project-related documentation, and prepare training materials and deliver end-user training.
Requirements
  1. At least 4 years of experience as a technical business analyst.
  2. Experience in the Liquidity space.
  3. Result-driven and flexible approach.
  4. Ability to enjoy variety in work.
  5. Desire to work in an environment that values contributions.
