We are seeking an experienced champion for high-quality stakeholder engagement. The role works across Ontario Health, supporting stakeholder engagement and patient and family engagement. The manager is collaborative, overseeing a team responsible for providing strategic guidance and support, advancing Ontario Health's engagement program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stakeholder, patient and family engagement, in fulfilment of section 44 of the Connecting Care Act.
  • Consult with Ontario Health's executive leadership on their engagement efforts to complement and inform the CEO's partner engagement strategy and measure the impact of relationship management.
  • Monitor and report on engagement performance measures across the organization, using results to inform Ontario Health's engagement strategy.
  • Provide secretariat support to the CEO's Patient Family Advisory Council and Health System Advisory Council, and all formal CEO engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years' progressive and relevant experience ideally within the health sector (or similarly complex service delivery environment), including expertise in engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders.
