To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of Enterprise Dynamics 365 Technical Lead experience with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions.
You should also have 5+ years of consulting experience, extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, and experience using Azure DevOps for gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
Familiarity with SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for the administration of Customer engagement system is also essential.
