About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Hillside Mountain Management Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packages and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and other employee programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and employee complaints.
  • HR Systems and Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and data, including employee information, benefits, and performance management data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those related to employment standards, health and safety, and human rights.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive.
  • Technical Terminology: Financial, Business.
  • Area of Work Experience: Human Resources.
  • Area of Specialization: Contracts, Payroll Services.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus.
