Food Service Manager

Ontario INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Our food service team operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
