Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Dominos Pizza as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
