Our Management Development Program provides comprehensive training in all aspects of the business, including store operations, merchandising, and customer service. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be well-equipped to manage a Giant Tiger franchise and lead a team to exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Make informed buying decisions to meet the needs of your community
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Participate in a dynamic and profitable Canadian-owned company with a proven track record of success
- Strong passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a high-volume, big-box, fast-paced retail store
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and able to learn new software
- A comprehensive training program to develop your leadership skills
