As a key member of the Workday Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing techno-functional support for the design, delivery, configuration, testing, and support of our Workday application.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various HR and business functions, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize business processes, including the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of changes and enhancements in Workday.
- Gather, document, and socialize requirements, ensuring full testing, including regression of all changes.
- Identify opportunities to unlock the value of Workday through ongoing adoption of new features and enhancements.
- Focus on creating engaging digital experiences.
- Partner closely with stakeholders to provide consultation and Workday subject matter expertise to solution, intake, plan, and deploy initiatives across the portfolio.
- Understand the current state and future objectives of operational processes and support leaders and partners to assess potential options and change impacts.
- Provide cycle administration and consulting support for CIBC's operational cycles and annual activities.
- Consult with the broader teams to support change management and process improvement initiatives that will equip HR and Delivery functions with the knowledge necessary to support Workday solutions.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with internal and external partners to provide consultative advice and work collaboratively to find solutions, turning good ideas into great outcomes and digital experiences.
- Lead or participate in collaborative project teams on key initiatives.
- Proactively engage and communicate with key stakeholders, networks, and partners to get diverse perspectives, share information, and build alignment on strategies and plans.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday, with a focus on data management and integrations.
- Proficient with MS Excel, specifically formulas.
- Design/configuration experience with HRIS systems (Workday).
- SQL experience.
