Job Opportunity

CS GROUP is seeking a skilled SW Quality Management Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Quality Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Continuously improving our Quality Management System (QMS) and maintaining ISO 9001 certification
  • Conducting quality assurance processes and work product audits
  • Collaborating with development and product management to balance safety, quality, and commercial requirements for customers in various industries
  • Contributing to the testing strategy
  • Conducting Functional Safety Audits and Confirmation Reviews for software safety projects
  • Supporting SW development teams relative to quality and the product life-cycle model
  • Working with the Safety Manager to ensure the QMS supports functional safety certification activities for ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or other safety-related standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software developer, with a focus on QMS compliance: ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management System standards (mandatory) ISO 26262 IEC 61508 ISO 21434 SEI – CMMI IEC 62304 DO-178C SPICE ISO/IEC 15504 and/or Automotive SPICE
  • Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) experience, preferably as a provisional or competent assessor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal teams
  • Experience with Management System auditing, preferably with ISO 9001
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with software quality management systems, quality control methodologies, and tools
