Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Malco Architectural Millwork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Prepare sales or other contracts
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Industrial/commercial (general) work site environment
  • Millwork shop or import and export firm work setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Client-focused and organized with efficient interpersonal skills
