Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Malco Architectural Millwork. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Prepare sales or other contracts
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication
