About the Role

Ferro Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of business solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that are efficient, effective, and scalable.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale to ensure they are satisfied with the solutions provided.

  • Client focus: You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and developing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills: You will be working closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Organized: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deadlines, so strong organizational skills are necessary.
  • Team player: You will be working as part of a team, so the ability to collaborate and work effectively with others is essential.
  • Analytical: You will be responsible for analyzing data and developing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
