About the Role

Ferro Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of business solutions using information systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement
    • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Project Management
    • Design, develop, and implement business solutions using information systems.
    • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business success.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and information systems.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or information systems.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the information systems industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
