Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive strategic growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, advocacy, and community development. They will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization, developing a talented team, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and development
  • Lead a team of employees, volunteers, and partners to achieve organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, community groups, and donors
  • Ensure the financial health of the organization through effective budgeting and fundraising
  • Develop and implement programs and services to support individuals on the autism spectrum and their families
Requirements
