Vintage Hotels is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with experience in a hospitality environment an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general day-to-day maintenance of public, guest, and operational areas.
  • Responsible for the interior and exterior painting of the property.
  • Perform general repairs and overall maintenance to plumbing, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment.
  • Responsible for the general outdoor maintenance, including snow removal.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in maintenance.
  • Experience in a hospitality environment an asset.
  • Experience with painting, wallpapering, and large snow removal equipment a must.
  • Possesses maintenance troubleshooting ability.
  • General mechanical and technical knowledge.
  • Must have a valid G driver's license.
  • Ability to work weekend and afternoon shifts.
