About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Manager to lead our digital acquisition and analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy that drives quality customer growth and enhances our digital marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquisition Strategy and Planning: Provide analytics and strategic support to our digital marketing and product teams to drive quality customer acquisition and define tactics for our digital acquisition strategy.
  • Customer Insights and Analytics: Distill key customer or product-specific acquisition insights into actionable next steps to drive better or more efficient business goals.
  • Website Optimization: Develop and implement a strategy for our public site to create a personalized and relevant journey that effectively moves customers through the funnel and drives quality conversions.
What You'll Bring
  • 7-10 years of overall experience with a post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, customer analytics, marketing intelligence with strong business acumen.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a power user/administrator for Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (360 or GA4) to create effective media reporting/insights.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use SQL and Excel to pull and analyze data.
  • Experience leading, building, and developing high-performing teams.
