About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Operator to join our team at Page Property Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
  • Ensure the upkeep of office buildings, including cleaning, painting, and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
