Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with senior-level business stakeholders in Manufacturing and Operations to drive digital transformation and innovation.

- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of digital enablers and capabilities to achieve business outcomes and drive value realization.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead transformation initiatives to adopt digital capabilities and cross-functional ways of working across the region.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and future-oriented strategy to enhance our business ambitions with market-leading insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with Global Technology digital delivery, development, and support teams to implement capabilities and solutions connected to our overall business strategy.
- Program Sponsorship: Sponsor and lead programs and projects in the improvement, creation, and implementation of best business practices and leading digital solutions.
- Change Agent: Be a change agent and advocate for evolving and advancing new opportunities and improving processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience, Graduate level desirable (MBA)
- Experience: 10+ years' experience as a Technology leader, either as a Technology Business Partner with manufacturing organizations or as a Digital Leader for manufacturing functions.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience working on large-scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives in CPG, Food Service, QSR, or Retail industries.
- Technical Skills: Experience leading programs enabled with technologies including SAP/ERP, MES, Quality systems, advanced analytics, and automation solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Solid experience developing and delivering a connected digital and business strategy in a global or large, complex region.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization, ability to negotiate with both internal and external groups, and gain trust to align opportunities for overall success.
