Learning Advisor Consultant

What You'll Do:- Participate in hands-on group training to learn about the NetSuite product, business processes, and competency areas.
- Advise customers on their training plans, assessing their end-user learning needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users through Zoom, focusing on NetSuite's basic functionalities.
- Develop customer-specific end-user training reference materials, leveraging NetSuite Education resources.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer training projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Current university students in business or psychology, with a strong academic record and relevant skills.
- Excellent presentation, training, and group facilitation skills, with experience in teaching, tutoring, or event planning.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present with confidence and impact.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands.
- Leadership potential, with experience in volunteer opportunities, extra-curriculars, or organized sports.
- Eagerness to learn and develop product expertise, with a passion for engaging adult learners.
