Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches to management.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Train and develop security guards to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Security Guard License.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
- Judgement and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to security-related situations. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
