Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Fortress Security Guard Services.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of security guards and their equipment to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches to management.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and control access to secure areas.
- Ensure all security guards are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to security equipment and technology. The successful candidate will be required to work a 32-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
