About the Role

At 7shifts, we're on a mission to simplify team management and improve performance for restaurants. We're seeking a Senior Growth Product Strategist to join our team and drive initiatives that boost trial conversion and activation rates.

As a key member of our product growth team, you'll experiment with new ideas, run data-driven tests, and implement strategies to enhance the product experience. You'll collaborate with our marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align on growth goals and optimize the user journey.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about growth and innovation, with a proven track record of driving key metrics through strategic decision-making. If you're a seasoned product manager with a focus on growth in a B2B SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop data-driven growth plans to boost trial conversion and activation rates.
  • Optimize the product experience to reduce drop-offs and enhance onboarding.
  • Use data analytics to uncover insights that guide growth strategies.
  • Collaborate across teams to align growth initiatives with broader company goals.
  • Gather customer insights to shape product enhancements.
  • Design and implement rapid experiments to test new ideas.
  • Lead and mentor team members in developing growth strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • An experimentation mindset focused on data-driven decisions.
  • Strong storytelling and analytical skills.
  • Experience leveraging data tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • An obsession with understanding the customer.
  • A collaborative approach and leadership skills.
