We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Construction Labourer to join our team at Paramount Kitchen & Bath.
About the RoleThis is a permanent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and work hard. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced tradespeople with various tasks on construction sites.
Your duties will include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as needed;
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt;
- Assisting with framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs;
- Leveling earth to fine grade specifications;
- Cleaning and piling salvaged materials;
- Performing routine maintenance work;
- Cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants;
- Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites;
- Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction.
You will also be required to handle weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work a standard 40-hour week.
CompensationThe salary for this role is $25 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contributions to our team's success.
