The following assessment questions were crafted by Kiinago Biinoogi Muskiiki, in consultation with Indigenous Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and other members of the community. This unique opportunity allows First Nations, Metis, and Inuit candidates to showcase their skills and experience in a culturally sensitive and relevant context.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations
- Provide cultural guidance and support to CIBC employees and clients
- Collaborate with Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers to develop assessment questions and materials
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance in all aspects of the assessment process
