About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at O/A Primo Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, including apprentices and contractors.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including production and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
