Ruchi's Masala House is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Cost products and services to optimize profitability.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Participate in marketing plans to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
  • Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic security clearance and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
