We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Donor Care Representative to join our team at Make-A-Wish Canada. As a key member of our Donor Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, answering their inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring that all constituent and donor data is accurately entered into our customer relationship management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to donors, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter donor data accurately and promptly into our customer relationship management systems.
  • Issue tax receipts, acknowledgement cards, and other stewardship communications to donors.
  • Maintain the integrity of our CRM system by adhering to data integrity standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure donations are accurately reviewed and completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry environment, with database data entry and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data entry and handle confidential information.
