Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement for Northwestel. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives
  • Manage and support marketing programs, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to develop creative assets and execute marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience working with digital teams, external advertising or creative agencies
  • Creative and design-focused
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster teams
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong sense of autonomy and initiative
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
