Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Marbleslab Creamery Chilliwack. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Assign sales workers to duties, including cash handling, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet the needs of our store.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
