Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing confidential counseling and case management services to clients
  • Conducting telephonic assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Leading workshops and providing crisis management services as needed

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist with a Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology. Experience in crisis hotline, telephonic counseling, and EFAP is an asset. Fluency in both English and French is required.
