We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Booking and Entertainment Services Host. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing back-of-house services for all 3rd party clients, internal stakeholders, and live nation partnership stakeholders hosting at The Arena.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and artists, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond to general inquiries and serve as a point of contact for key third-party partners and service providers on show days.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate hospitality needs for artists, including rider requirements and execution of back-of-house services.
  • Ensure all invoices and receipts for hospitality-related expenditures are submitted to the Entertainment and Bookings Manager for processing.
  • Keep internal departments and talent informed of detailed event requirements prior to and throughout the show day.
  • Assist in coordinating show setups and floor maps in conjunction with the Front of House Manager and the Entertainment and Booking Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during events.

Requirements

  • College or University Diploma in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid full G driver's license required.
  • Smart Serve Certification or the ability to achieve a Smart Serve Certification required.
  • Previous administration experience required, with a background in hospitality services preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment Considerations

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards, and position.
