About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to join our Sales and Distribution Team in Quebec and Atlantic. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Financial Services Distribution, and perform a range of tasks, including:

Managing calendars and scheduling meetings, including video conferences

Preparing and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Coordinating travel arrangements and expenses

Providing exceptional customer service and communication with senior management, operating committee members, and high-profile clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 7 years of executive administrative experience combined with a relevant office administration or general business post-secondary education
  • Team player mindset with influence and discretion
  • Ability to interact with senior management and high-profile clients while maintaining confidentiality
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Bilingualism (English-French) required
  • Knowledge of French and English to support clients and team members within and outside the province of Quebec
