Food Service Manager

Join our team at Soleiki Asian Fusion Restaurant as a Food Service Supervisor. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet food service schedules and deadlines.
- Oversee the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and inventory records.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
