Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soleiki Asian Fusion Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
