Job Summary
TiMi Studio Group is seeking a highly skilled Character Art Director to lead the creation of a new AAA multi-platform game. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining artistic direction and quality, producing high-quality characters and creatures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the character meets quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain artistic direction and quality across the project
- Produce high-quality characters and creatures that meet the project's universe and visual direction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the character meets quality expectations
- Participate in reviews and implement feedback from stakeholders
- Provide feedback and improvement to visual quality
- Support HR collaboration and recruitment efforts for the character team
Requirements
- A portfolio of visionary, inspiring, industry-leading character work
- At least 8 years of professional experience with AAA game development
- At least one AAA action title shipped
- Ability to create believable characters that are full of life and personality
- Excellent understanding of art fundamentals and anatomical knowledge
- Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually
- Positive attitude and a desire to bring new ideas to the team
