Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team members to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of our security services.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all security equipment and machinery are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity in our security operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on security operations, incidents, and other relevant matters.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to security team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
