Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of security services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all security equipment and machinery are in good working order and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
