Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, and supervise the activities of workers.
- Client Focus: Demonstrate a client-focused approach and ensure excellent customer service.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
