Job Title: Sales and Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee the return of merchandise to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, ensuring they meet sales targets and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Working Conditions:
